Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and intelligence.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in AI development.
- Partnership & Collaboration: Collaborate with product management and engineering to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the customer experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive stakeholders.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee research initiatives, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends in machine learning and neural networks.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating future technology trends and translating them into business strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
