Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of large-scale AI models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance for 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing integration, advanced LLMs) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize training pipelines, handling billions of data points efficiently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive leadership and product stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to ensure data privacy and model integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a minimum of 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Model Engineering: Proven track record of deploying production-ready Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and navigate the trade-offs of system design.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
