Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, next-generation artificial intelligence systems designed for the year 2026.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers in researching cutting-edge algorithms.
- Define technical strategies for integrating quantum computing with classical AI models.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and fairness in all deployed models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to optimization problems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
