Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps covering AI, biotech, quantum computing, and space exploration
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a cross-functional futurist network with global research institutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Advise product development teams on next-generation innovation opportunities
- Represent FutureHorizon at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising C-level executives on strategic transformation
- Portfolio of implemented future-scanning initiatives
