Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and clean it to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in building and maintaining interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise weekly and monthly reports for management and stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in datasets to support business strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the senior data team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality insights.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data processes, methodologies, and findings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical team members.
