Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Preparation: Work with the analytics team to clean, organize, and preprocess raw datasets to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Visualize Insights: Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Support Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports that summarize business trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Data Auditing: Conduct routine checks on data quality and integrity to identify anomalies or errors.
- Learn & Adapt: Actively participate in training sessions to master SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; basic understanding of SQL is a plus but not required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends or patterns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain data findings to non-technical team members.
- Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards learning new tools and methodologies in data analytics.
