Responsibilities
- Collect, Clean, and Prepare Data: Gather raw data from various sources and ensure it is accurate, complete, and formatted for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Report Findings: Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Maintain Databases: Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our internal data systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data sets.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
