Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide desktop/laptop support to 100+ employees
- Manage network infrastructure under supervision
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Support cloud service implementations (AWS/Azure basics)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Must pass background check and equipment security training
