Responsibilities

- Develop reusable prompt libraries and best practices for enterprise AI applications
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and reliability
- Create documentation for prompt engineering methodologies and technical specifications
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behaviors through strategic prompting
- Maintain prompt security protocols and bias mitigation frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering principles and techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proven track record of optimizing LLM outputs for production systems
