Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist users with troubleshooting via phone, email, and in-person support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset configurations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical problems
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop IT competencies
