Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain complex database schemas and data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Advanced Reporting: Create dynamic dashboards and executive summaries in Tableau and Power BI that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & ETL: Write optimized SQL queries and manage Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous data cleaning and validation protocols to minimize errors and maximize reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through data.
