Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to resolve hardware/software issues
- Assist with network setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Support cloud services implementation and management
- Participate in IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience a plus
- Valid Texas driver's license required for occasional off-site support
