Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in setting up, configuring, and deploying workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and report connectivity issues to the IT Manager.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and equipment.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve helpdesk efficiency and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and basic Linux.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical staff.
- Ability to learn new software tools and technologies quickly.
- Eagerness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
