Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware/software issues for internal and external clients
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals
- Learn and apply network administration basics including VLAN configuration and IP management
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in security awareness training and implement best practices
- Provide first-level user support via ticketing systems and live chat
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system migrations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Alaska driver's license (for occasional hardware pickups)
- Pass background check and drug screening
