Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and technical feasibility
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
- Create user journey maps, personas, and interaction flows to drive product strategy
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our design documentation library
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with mobile/web product portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and design tokens
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience with A/B testing and quantitative/qualitative user research methods
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS fundamentals and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
