Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for mobile/web applications
- Conduct user research & usability testing with real KC users
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers using Agile methodologies
- Present design solutions to stakeholders via story-driven decks
- Iterate based on data analytics and user feedback
- Maintain design systems for enterprise-scale projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years UX/UI design experience with portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user testing tools (Maze, UserTesting.com)
- Knowledge of design systems & component libraries
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving
- Local KC candidates preferred for in-person collaboration
