Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design, develop, and iterate on complex prompt templates and system instructions to maximize LLM accuracy and relevance.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and human-in-the-loop evaluations to benchmark model performance against specific business KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI models seamlessly into web and mobile applications.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive documentation on prompt engineering best practices and train junior team members on advanced techniques.
- Workflow Automation: Leverage AI to automate content generation, summarization, and data analysis tasks, reducing manual workload by up to 40%.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and generative AI to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field, with specific experience in AI/ML interaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) operate, including concepts like temperature, token limits, and context windows.
- Tools: Proficiency with Python or JavaScript is highly preferred; familiarity with API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
