- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Process raw data to remove errors and inconsistencies, preparing it for advanced analysis.
- Create Visualizations: Build clear and compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Generate Reports: Produce regular performance reports and summaries for stakeholders to track business KPIs.
- Support Senior Analysts: Collaborate with the team to conduct research, identify trends, and solve complex data problems.
- Document Processes: Maintain detailed records of data sources and analysis methodologies for future reference.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) is required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
