Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex IT projects
- Deliver basic cybersecurity awareness training
- Participate in system updates and maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
