Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Present insights to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Maintain data quality standards and improve database structures
- Support A/B testing initiatives and marketing campaign analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
