Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure company-provided hardware including laptops, peripherals, and network devices
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal staff via ticketing systems and in-person assistance
- Document IT procedures and create troubleshooting guides using provided documentation tools
- Participate in hardware lifecycle management and asset inventory tracking
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Learn and implement security protocols for company systems and data
- Conduct basic software installations and OS troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, CompTIA) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware components
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
