Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize Cisco/Juniper network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions across multi-site deployments
- Proactively monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and resolve incidents within SLA
- Lead network security audits and implement zero-trust architecture protocols
- Document network topology and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize on-premise and Azure/AWS environments
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct quarterly training workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise network infrastructure
- CCNP/JNCIP certification required; CCIE/JNCIE preferred
- Expertise in IPv6, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS protocols
- Strong background in Palo Alto/Cisco ASA firewall management
- Experience with VMware NSX and cloud networking services
- CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
