Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, and develop high-fidelity prototypes to define user flows and interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Perform usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure visual consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Create compelling visual assets and assets for marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch with the ability to create interactive prototypes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews and surveys.
