Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote tools
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems according to company standards
- Document incident tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic security protocols
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects under supervision
- Train on enterprise systems including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours
