Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 50+ workstations
- Install/configure OS, printers, and network peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, TCP/IP, and cloud services
- Customer service experience or strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varied environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
