Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team innovation workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with agile development processes and design thinking
