Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access management
- Document incident resolutions in ticketing systems and knowledge bases
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in regular training sessions to develop technical expertise
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery drills
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied physical environments
- Excellent verbal communication skills and technical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site support
- Willingness to obtain required industry certifications within 6 months
