Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ users
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and network peripherals
- Assist with Active Directory management and user account administration
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and phishing simulations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex incident resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting and installation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional off-site support
- CompTIA Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
