Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across company systems
- Deploy and configure IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, network devices)
- Provide Tier 1 user support via ticketing systems and in-person assistance
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and security protocol enforcement
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work with physical equipment
- Valid Texas driver's license for equipment transport
