Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop hardware and software systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset management databases
- Implement security protocols and conduct system backups
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and training workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic proficiency in Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site support
