- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behaviors through strategic prompt design
- Lead workshops training stakeholders on effective AI interaction techniques
- Analyze user interaction patterns to iterate on prompt performance metrics
- Contribute to proprietary AI tool development for prompt optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ enterprise-level prompt systems deployed at scale
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLM architectures
- Proficiency in Python, LangChain, and prompt engineering frameworks
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies for prompt optimization
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting AI response quality metrics
- Certification in AI/ML or equivalent practical experience
