Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end-users.
- Assist in maintaining the company network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular equipment audits and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
