Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset management in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement security protocols
- Train users on system upgrades and best practices
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of IT assets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (AAS/CompTIA A+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Customer service experience in technical environments
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA Security+ within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
