Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture documentation
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve design experiences
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking process (school projects accepted)
- Basic understanding of UX principles through coursework or self-study
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Passion for creating accessible and inclusive user experiences
- Available for full-time training (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
