Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with precise severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate resolutions
- Conduct regression testing for feature updates and system integrations
- Develop test cases from user stories and technical specifications
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide quality metrics to stakeholders
- Maintain test environments and automation frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
