Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with precise severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Design test plans and strategies for new feature releases
- Validate API functionality using Postman and REST Assured
- Conduct regression testing and performance analysis
- Maintain test documentation with clear pass/fail criteria
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Familiarity with SQL database testing and API validation
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
