Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Resolve network outages and security incidents with SLA adherence
- Document network topology, configurations, and change requests
- Implement and troubleshoot VPN, VLAN, and wireless solutions
- Collaborate with cloud teams for hybrid infrastructure management
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent industry certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS/Junos and Juniper EX/switches
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and DNS
- Experience with network automation (Python/Ansible preferred)
- Familiarity with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for occasional site visits
