Responsibilities
- Tier 1 & 2 Support: Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware and software issues.
- Network Management: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity problems, and ensure secure network operations.
- Hardware & Software Deployment: Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Security Administration: Assist in implementing security protocols, patch management, and user access control (Active Directory).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and service contracts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users effectively.
- Education: Associate degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
