Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and cloud infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues via remote and on-site support
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure system compliance
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or helpdesk roles
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours for on-call duties
