Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and troubleshoot hardware/software including mobile devices and IoT systems
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Lead endpoint security initiatives including patch management and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Mentor junior technicians through our peer-review program
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting scenarios
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
