Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory and Identity Management tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and enterprise applications.
- Document all incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement hardware upgrades and software patches.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of new employees, setting up their workstations and accounts.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Valid CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical knowledge is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and office productivity software.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
