Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Collaborate with AI researchers to develop proprietary fine-tuning methodologies
- Create comprehensive prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version-controlled best practices
- Contribute to AI ethics guidelines and responsible AI deployment protocols
- Measure and iterate on prompt performance using quantitative metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/NLP roles with proven prompt engineering expertise
- Advanced proficiency with GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Strong background in machine learning model fine-tuning techniques
