Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems for cross-platform consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and developers during agile sprints
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior metrics
- Maintain organized design documentation and asset libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in flexible arrangements
- Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Experience collaborating with remote teams and agile development processes
