Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure system security
- Document network configurations, changes, and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects
- Implement network security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud-based services and hybrid network architectures
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and user training
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
