Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and manage VPN/DNS/DHCP services
- Document network changes and maintain asset inventory in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Resolve Tier 2-3 network outages within SLA requirements
- Implement security protocols (NAC, 802.1x) and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (CompTIA Network+ acceptable)
- Expertise in TCP/IP, VLANs, and BGP/OSPF routing protocols
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds/PRTG)
- Strong Linux/Windows Server administration skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation
- Valid Colorado driver's license for site visits
