Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Deploy and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, switches, VPNs)
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles

Qualifications
