Responsibilities
- Execute complete UX design lifecycle from research to implementation
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Mentor junior designers and establish design system standards
- Analyze user data to drive continuous improvement of products
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Proven ability to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
