Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) under senior engineer guidance
- Troubleshoot network issues using Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Cisco systems
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for IT service management
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability scanning and patch management
- Support hardware lifecycle management (deployment, decommissioning, inventory)
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/CompSci or equivalent experience (A+ certification a plus)
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA Network+ within 6 months
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varied physical environments
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional site visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and basic scripting (PowerShell)
- U.S. citizenship or legal residency required for government contracts
