Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issuesDocument tickets in ITSM systems (ServiceNow/Jira)Deploy and configure workstations/serversCollaborate on network infrastructure projectsConduct security audits and vulnerability assessmentsTrain end-users on new technologies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
