Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage robust, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA) within the cloud environment.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to optimize application performance.
- Conduct regular cloud audits and cost optimization analysis.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Strong proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC) and/or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems administration and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Certification such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively.
